Club History
The Journey of Fairfield Villa
Fairfield Villa FC has a 125 year history of representing the villages of Fairfield, Belbroughton and Bournheath. Founded in 1902 at the Swan Inn, the club won the Bromsgrove league in its debut season.
After reforming in the fifties under Gill Webb and Paddy Eades, the club saw great success in the Kidderminster and Midland Football leagues, eventually returning to the Fairfield Recreation Ground in 1959. Substantial facility upgrades in 2012 made possible by an F.A. grant fulfilled the long-held vision of Paddy and is the core of the club you see today.
Though Paddy passed away in 2015 after 50 years of service, his legacy lives on. Today, the club thrives as a community pillar, supporting a senior Men's First Team and a Junior Section.
